What to Expect From Our Professional Cleaning Service

 

Our trained technicians pre-inspect your carpet and upholstery.  They identify the carpet's construction and fiber, evaluate your needs and recommend the appropriate cleaning method or procedure.

 

We list services and price them separately before we begin.  You will know exactly what we'll be doing and what it will cost.


 

Your carpet needs a thorough vacuuming just prior to cleaning.  To help keep prices lower, we ask that you vacuum your carpet before we arrive.  We will vacuum upon request when scheduling and for  
      an extra charge.



 

As part of our service, we include the special treatment of heavily soiled entry and traffic areas with pre-conditioning agents specifically designed for your carpet style and fiber.
 

As part of their normal job, our technicians pay special attention to spot
and stains.  Most spots come out with just the pre-treatment alone.



 

We carefully move your furniture, protecting every piece with the proper moisture barrier of foam blocks and tabs to protect your 
carpet from furniture stains.  In most cases, we clean around 
       heavy, delicate and fragile items, such as, loaded china cabinets, 
       pianos and antiques.  For liability reasons, we do not move    
       appliances, entertainment centers or other specialty items. You 
       will save money if you move your own furniture before we arrive.


 

The cleaning agents and equipment we use are in strict 
accordance with safety regulations and manufacturers' recommendations.


 

Our technicians pay careful attention to leave carpet fibers as residue-free as possible to prevent accelerated re-soiling.

 

In almost every case, the carpet is dried and returned to normal use between 3 to 6 hours.  This time varies depending on the methods used from prior cleanings (incorrect cleaning methods  
       leave soap residues), the degree of soiling and, humid weather  
       conditions.  Our technicians will inform you of the best drying 
       options.
